Presenting A Frog Plays Piano in Montpellier

Just returned from Montpellier after a great screening of A Frog Plays Piano. Brought out my best French to answer questions of a highly engaged audience. À bientôt!

Sundries at ODENSE International FIlm Festival

Film festivals are so omnipresent, but every now and then there’s one that inspires, not just for a few days, but more profoundly. Recently I was invited to attend OFF24, Odense International Film Festival. No, I didn’t win anything, but learning first hand about the Danish approach to documentary, the way documentary is taught, the sound designers like Simon Brinck and the Finnish masterfull films I witnessed…like the ones from Anna Kekkonen and Niina Vuorisara was incredibly valuable and a highlight this year. Can’t wait to put this into practise.
